At JOCKMAIL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must be returned with all original tags and liners intact.

Return Process

  Log into your JOCKMAIL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or washing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
